Luhansk - The militants of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic and the Ukrainian army may exchange prisoners on Oct. 13.
“A prisoners of war exchange with Ukraine in the 14 for 14 format may take place on Oct. 13 around 14-15 p.m.,” the Luhansk People’s Republic press service told Interfax.
The exchange process was previously disrupted four times by Ukraine, the source said.
