PARIS - The foreign ministers of the Normandy Quartet countries dealing with the resolution of the Ukraine crisis have started a meeting behind closed doors in Paris.

The French, German, Russian, and Ukrainian foreign ministers gathered at the French Foreign Ministry on June 23 meeting.

Before the Normandy format ministerial talks, Russian President Vladimir Putin and French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius had a bilateral meeting.
