Novoazovsk - OSCE monitors are ready to record the arrival of Russian humanitarian convoys in Donbas, deputy head of the OSCE special monitoring mission Alexander Hug told reporters in Novoazovsk.

He said the mission was prepared to record the arrival of Russian humanitarian convoys but it did not have a mandate to examine the trucks’ content on the Ukrainian side.

Hug added that the OSCE mission was set to use observation drones more actively.

The mission will continue to use the drones; one drone is constantly in the air and the mission has another three drones at its disposal, Hug said.
