A gas pipeline has been damaged in the village of Vlasivka (Luhansk region) as a result of an artillery attack, cutting off gas supplies to almost 200 consumers. No one has been hurt by the gas leak, regional police spokeswoman Tatyana Pohukai said.

“At 1630 on July 1 a report was received from an on-duty officer at Krasnodonmizhraihaz (a local gas authority) that a medium-pressure gas pipeline had been damaged as a result of an artillery attack near the house number 13 in Zarichna Street in the village of Vlasivka, Krasnodon district. Gas supplies have been suspended for 156 private properties in Vlasivka and 40 private houses in Izvaryne,” she wrote on her Facebook page on Wednesday afternoon.

No one has been hurt by the gas leak, she said. The repair effort is hampered by hostilities.
