Kyiv has increased the number of troops in Donbas to 60,000, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.

“We have brought the number of our armed forces in the eastern Ukraine to 60,000 servicemen today. There used to be not more than 30,000 of them in the peak periods in the past,” Poroshenko said on the Inter TV channel on June 26 evening.
