MOSCOW - The members of the Contact Group for the peace process in eastern Ukraine are holding talks via video link, the Donetsk News Agency reported, citing the Donetsk People's Republic negotiator Denys Pushylin.
“The meeting has begun,” he said.
Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic negotiators, Pushylin and Vladyslav Deineho, are planning to raise the issue of launching subgroups on certain aspects of the peace process at the videoconference.
