Reuters: Five Ukrainian soldiers who crossed in Russia arrested

 MOSCOW - Five Ukrainian soldiers have been arrested on suspicion of shelling civilian areas of eastern Ukraine and firing into Russia, a Russian law-enforcement agency said on Aug. 8.
