Rostov-on-Don - Russian border guards handed over to Ukraine nine wounded troops and the bodies of four people at the checkpoint Matveyev Kurgan in the early hours of Monday, July 28, Vasily Malayev, a representative of the Russian Federal Security Service's Border Guard Service for the Rostov region, told Interfax.
