The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry is forming the tenth truck convoy to deliver humanitarian aid and New Year presents to Donbas, told ministry spokesman Alexander Drobyshevsky.

“The Emergency Situations Ministry is forming the tenth convoy to deliver humanitarian aid to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Humanitarian trucks are departing from the Urals, Volga, Northwestern, Southern and Central regions for the Rostov region where the convoy will be formed,” Drobyshevsky said.

The trucks will be carrying food, construction materials and New Year presents, he said.

“The convoy will be formed within days and depart when everything is ready,” noted the ministry spokesman.
