Moscow - The director of Russia's Federal Migration Service (FMS), Konstantin Romodanovsky, has said he does not know whether or not former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has received asylum in Russia or Russian citizenship.

“I have heard nothing of that sort,” Romodanovsky told reporters in Moscow on Oct. 23.

“I have no information concerning either the first or the second option,” he said.
