The State Aviation Service of Ukraine as of July 31, 2014, fined Russian airlines millions of hryvnias for violation of the rules and the procedure for the use of airspace of Ukraine, in particular, violation by OJSC Aeroflot-Russian Airlines are assessed at some Hr 90 million.

The service reported on its Web site that a total of 107 resolutions
on violation of law in the civil aviation area by Aeroflot-Russian
Airlines worth Hr 14.552 million were drawn up, 45 resolutions worth Hr 6.12 million against Globus LLC, two resolutions worth Hr 272,000
against Industrial Multi-sectoral Company Shar Ink LLC, one resolution
worth Hr 136,000 against OJSC 224 Flight Unit civil cargo airline and
one resolution worth Hr 136,000 against Special Flight Unit Rossiya
federal state budget organization.

In addition, three resolutions worth Hr 408,000 were drawn up
against OJSC Ak Bars Aero, three resolutions worth Hr 408,000 against
RusJet Airline, two resolutions worth Hr 272,000 against CJSC Red
Wings, eight resolutions worth Hr 1.088 million against VIM-AVIA
airline, two resolutions worth Hr 272,000 against Gazpromavia aviation
enterprise LLC, two resolutions worth Hr 272,000 against Antran LLC,
two resolutions worth Hr 272,000 against Center South Airlines LLC and
two resolutions worth Hr 272,000 against OJSC Ural Airlines

The said resolutions were sent to the State Executive Service of Ukraine to enforce them under the Ukrainian law on enforcement.

“On July 28, 2014, state inspectors drew up over 600 protocols on
violations of the law on civil aviation by OJSC Aeroflot-Russian
Airlines worth over Hr 81.6 million,” the service said.
