Two Russian helicopters and two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) violated the Ukrainian-Russian airspace in Luhansk and Kherson regions, National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.

“The flight of two Mi-24 helicopters, which flew two kilometers deep into Ukrainian territory in the direction of the village of Blahovischenka, was recorded at the Krasna Talivka border section in Luhansk region at 5 p.m. At around 10 p.m., border guards found two Russian drones that were moving in the direction of the Ukrainian villages of Chaplynka and Makarivka in Kherson region,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Sunday, Aug. 10.

In addition, he said, Russia continues to bring military hardware to the Ukrainian border. In particular, the movement of ten flatcars carrying artillery tractors and a convoy of 30 armored personnel carriers were recorded near the eastern border of Sumy region.
