MOSCOW -- Citing a long flight home and the need to catch a few hours of sleep, Russian President Vladimir Putin departed the Group of 20 summit in Australia early on Nov. 16, after fielding a barrage of criticism from Western leaders over Russia's involvement in Ukraine.
