Ukrainian Premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said that the draft state budget for 2015 foresees average forex rate at Hr 17 per U.S. dollar.
“The average forex rate envisaged in the national budget is at Hr 17 per U.S. dollar,” the premier said at the parliament’s sitting on Dec. 23, during the presentation of the draft state budget for 2015.
