The possibility of deploying an international mission in Donbas and the implementation of the Minsk Protocol with ways of greater involvement of the United States were on the agenda of a meeting between Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and U.S. Vice President Joe Biden in Washington, D.C., in the early hours of Friday, according to the Ukrainian president's press service.
