SANAA, March 18 (Reuters) - At least 10 people were killed when Yemeni security men opened fire at an anti-government protest in Sanaa after March 18 prayers and the toll may rise further, a doctor at said.

"Ten people were killed and the number is expected to increase because there are 30 people in a critical condition," said the doctor, at a field hospital at the protest camp at Sanaa University.
