An international community sanctions expert of the Council of Europe Martin Seddon (UK) and a coordinator of the Council of Europe project "Support for Prison Reform" in Ukraine Volodymyr Holovatenko visited the office of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region on Aug. 28 and 29.
“We have already had numerous meetings with these guests in Kharkiv
region. Over the time of this project, which envisages the creation of
an effective methodology for assessing the risks and needs of offenders,
we have established good and constructive relations,” the press service
of the State Penitentiary Service reported on Thursday.

Tymoshenko, has been serving her prison term in Kachanivska penal in
