Kyiv History Museum is to present “The Museum’s Collection,” an art exhibition of the works of Anatoliy Kryvolap, Ukraine’s most financially successful modern artist. His most expensive painting, “Horse. Evening” was sold in 2013 at the London auction house Phillips for $186,200. Art lovers will enjoy the unusual abstract images and orgy of colors in Kryvolap’s 60 exhibited paintings.

‘The Audience’

“The Audience,” the film of a Broadway play soon to be screened in Ukraine, is based on fictionalized audiences held by Queen Elizabeth II with nine British prime ministers. Even though the details of their meetings remain unknown, the authors of the play offer viewers a peek behind the scenes at Buckingham Palace, and a chance to overhear conversations that could have taken place between the Queen and the prime ministers. The magnificent Helen Mirren stars as Elizabeth II. The screening is in English with Ukrainian subtitles.

With fashion shows, various master classes and performances by popular speakers, Kyiv’s Olympiyskyi National Sports Complex will be transformed into a center of the country’s fashion and beauty industry in the last weekend of March during the Antvan Fashion Days. Visitors to the event’s VIP-party will have an opportunity to chat with Ukrainian pop stars and fashion designers in a casual atmosphere.
