Following the hearing in the International Court of Justice regarding Russia financing terrorism in Donbas, the court has until the end of the year to decide whether the case falls within its jurisdiction. Throughout the protracted hearing — marked by complicated juridical arguments — the 17,500 pages of Ukraine’s extensive memorandum were overlooked. Moreover, they will not be considered until the court makes its determination on jurisdiction. Nonetheless, the facts are documented and were recently made public.
