Korea keeps
investing in
Ukrainian technology development

Korea and Ukraine are
strengthening
their
cooperation
in the
high-tech
and space research
areas.
The first
Korean satellite carried by a Ukrainian rocket is set to be launched
on
Aug.
22, 2013.
According
to the
Korean Ambassador
to
Ukraine
Kim Eun-joong
cooperation between
the two countries also
includes Korea’s contribution to building
the Odesa
liquefied
natural gas
terminal, the
construction of
high-speed
trains in Donetsk and assisting
in the construction of the Dnipropetrovsk
metro.
Ukrainian
officials
hope
that Korea will also invest in the future in
aviation,
