Kuwait to invest in medical
complex in Kherson Oblast
Kuwait Fund of Arab Economic Development will partially invest in building a
new medical complex, to be called InterMedicalEcoCity, in the Arabat Spit (Kherson Oblast). The
investment will help toward the development of an International Medical and Rehabilitation Center on
the shores of the Sea of Azov, which houses unique
technology used in the treatment of cerebral palsy invented
by Ukrainian scientist Volodymyr Koziavkin. The total project cost is about €900 million.
InterMedicalEcoCity project is part of the national Future City project
launched in 2011.
