Kremlin-backed separatists from the so-called ‘Luhansk people’s republic’ [LPR] are again claiming to have captured ‘Ukrainian saboteurs’. Like the Russian FSB’s tactics in occupied Crimea, the entire story is based solely on the supposed ‘confessions’ of men totally under militant control.
