Ukrainian political prisoner Volodymyr Balukh has been moved from a Crimean prison to Russia, with the grueling journey to Russian Krasnodar likely to be dragged out for up to a month. There had been no warning of such plans which may well have arisen after the widespread events marking the political prisoner’s 48th birthday on February 8.
