Another round of negotiations finished, where opposition was represented by Vitali Klitschko, Oleh Tiahnybok, Arseniy Yatseniuk.

Once again leaders of the opposition
were pointed out inadmissibility of support of radical actions,
seizure of buildings and roads.

According to the results of the
meeting, the sides made a general agreement to vote for a law On
Amnesty. Our side insisted on the following delaying condition for
this law:

Amnesty will only come into effect in
the case of freeing all seized buildings and roads. In another case,
those who committed crimes, will not be amnestied.

Also, a political decision was taken to
cancel the laws approved on Jan. 16, which have caused many
discussions.

But the laws that have no objections,
will once again be approved by the parliament again. The clauses of
the laws that will be canceled tomorrow, will be worked on by the
sides together and will match the European level.

As for the return to the Constitution
of 2004, the sides stated imperfection of law #2222 (Editor’s note:
this law that amended the Constitution, cutting presidential powers
and giving extra powers to the prime minister), as well as the
absence of personal versions of the texts of the Constitution.

The sides discussed the issue of joint
participation in the Constitutional reform and the need to cooperate
in this issue with the European institutions. They also touched upon
procedures for referendum.

The sides have also agreed to include
into the agenda the issue of the government’s responsibility. Arseniy
Yatseniuk did not agree to head the government of Ukraine.
Negotiations will continue.
