The Wall Street Journal: Ukraine belongs in the EU

Regarding your recent news story on Ukraine's relationship with the European Union ("EU Postpones Meeting With Ukraine's Leader," Oct. 19), I would like to stress that the Ukrainian people have made a clear choice to pursue further integration with the EU. Ukrainians see their country as a full-fledged member of the family of Europe, and the forthcoming signing of an association agreement is deemed to be a decisive step in this direction.
