There is no legal basis to ban Vitali Klitschko to run for the presidency, the leader of UDAR said on the sidelines of the Parliament, commenting on the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court, which refused to open proceedings in the case concerning the illegality of adoption of the amendments to the Tax Code.

“Today there are speculations that Klitschko has some problems and cannot be allowed to run for the presidential post. These rumors are spread deliberately in order to impose such public opinion. I want to emphasize that there are no grounds to ban Vitali Klitschko to run for presidency”, Klitschko said.
