We are continuing our national dialogue, but those who keep guns in their hands are not seeking the unity of the country, and they are not talking about granting additional powers to one or another region or about protection of national minorities. Their task, which is sponsored by Russian Federation, is to destroy Ukrainian independence.

The Russian government over the past few weeks is silent about the fact that their intelligence and subversive forces together with armed local terrorists are shooting and killing Ukrainian soldiers and civilians. Where is the position of Russian power who would condemn terrorism?

Over the past two days in Russia there have started two anti-terrorist operations. The first was launched in Nalchik, the other in Makhachkala. It means that Russia is fighting with terrorists. But when Ukraine began to protect its citizens, then it is not the fight against terrorism, in the opinion of Russia, it is the suppression of protests.

As I understand the Russian Federation has a new product for export. Besides oil and gas, Russia has started exporting terrorism to Ukraine. It seems that the only country in the world, and it is Russia, does not see that its sabotage groups are committing terrorist acts on the territory of Ukraine.

Looks like Vladimir Vladimirovich (Putin) has changed his approach: earlier he was talking about the toilets, and now he began supporting terrorists in neighboring countries.

We are waiting for a meeting in Switzerland. This should be the first public four-sided meeting: the United States, European Union, Ukraine and Russia.

Today we will discuss guidelines for the foreign minister to the meeting. There is only one main directive – the Russian government should withdraw its subversive groups, condemn terrorism and require them to release the buildings and administration, if Russia is interested in stabilizing the situation, of which I am very not sure .

Conduction of all these terrorist operations by Russian secret services is not just unacceptable, it is an international crime.

Arseniy Yatseniuk is prime minister of Ukraine.
