Last week on the eve of Ukraine’s Independence Day, Kyiv hosted the inaugural Crimea Platform summit. This first-of-its-kind international initiative for the peninsula’s ultimate de-occupation brought together a (for Ukraine) record 46 foreign delegations who concluded a Joint Declaration, open for signature also post-summit.
