Mobalytics wins a sacral Disrupt Cup and $50,000
For the first time ever Ukrainian project won at the annual startup battle TechCrunch Disrupt held in San Francisco. Mobalytics platform founded by Bohdan Suchyk and Mykola Lobanov won a sacral Disrupt Cup and $50,000. This stratup is Ukrainian-Lebanese (its third founder is Amin Issa, a native of Lebanon).
Mobalytics is a coach for gamers to help them to reveal their weaknesses and make adjustments for future success. The platform started providing services for League of Legend gamers, a very popular on-line game. The project substitutes a live coach because not everyone can afford it. The startup created by Bohdan Suchyk provides a comprehensive analytics based on mainly odd for gamers numbers. Thus, something that was beyond gamers’ comprehension transforms into a guiding star.
In future the developers plan to launch the platform in such games as Overwatch, DOTA 2 and Counter Strike.

Linda Condes and Yana Rusnak are exhibiting their works in Beirut
‘Art Fusion’ exhibition was inaugurated at SV Gallery, Beirut. The exhibition presents the work of two Ukrainian artists, Linda Condes and Yana Rusnak. The representatives of Middle East elite were among the exhibition guests.
It must be mentioned that in October 2016 Lena Condes will represent Ukraine at Art Monaco 2016, the famous contemporary art fair.

Ukraine in on trend, Washington festival shows
Washington hosted the annual Ukrainian culture festival, one of the biggest in USA.
For the first time the festival was arranged 14 years ago in Silver Spring, Maryland. Since then the festival became annual and gathers about 10,000 people. Every year the festival organizers prepare a special program to allows guests trying Ukrainian cuisine dishes, and enjoying the performance of folk bands, buying souvenirs.
The highlight of this year festival was vyshsyvanka, ‘We are very happy that today Ukraine is on trend’.

‘Made in Cherkasy’ refrigerators
Next year Cherkasy to launch a factory on refrigerators production.
As Oleksandr Hromyko, the president of ”Saturn’ holding, says the first refrigerator will be produced in March 2017, next autumn the plant is going to work at full capacity.
Now the staff process is undergoing, at first the number is 500 jobs, later it will be doubled.

Ukrainian student is a silver prizewinner of 2016 Chinese Bridge Competition
Pavlo Zvenyhorodskyi, a four-year student of Oriental Studies faculty and Confucius Institute student at Kyiv National Linguistic University won a silver medal at ‘2016 Chinese Bridge’, the World Students Competition on Chinese Language. The competition final took place in Changsha, Hunan, China.
Moreover, Pavlo won the title of champion of Europe and ‘The Best Charisma of the Competition’ nomination. The young man showed high knowledge of Chinese language, Chinese poetry, history, culture and oratory skills. In total 146 students from 108 countries participated in the competition.
