Bohdan Herman,
sociologist

“I have many questions to Mr. Yanukovych. It’s hard to think of all of them. But the most important would be: How long? How long do we have to wait for the improvement?”

Andriy Melnyk,
musician

“It’s a hard question. It takes time to ask the right question the president. But I guess my question would be about the social security of poor citizens. I do not complain, but I do have concerns about those people.”

Yulia Sokunova,
project manager

“I read an article in the Kyiv Post about a scandal with printing T-shirts with logos [critical of Yanukovych]. There was a very good letter to Yanukovych from the person who was accused [of printing T-shirts]. So [I would tell him] that people probably have started having trust in Yanukovych, but as the result [of such stuff] it’s disappearing again. He has to work hard so that people would start to believe in him again.”

Dmytro Zyvchyk,
lawyer

“I would thank him for a happy present and future. I like how things work now. And I’m happy with what he has done since he took the office. I would also wish him all the best. I’m a big fan.”

Maryna Melnykova,
banker

“I’m not really into politics, so it’s hard to say. I would probably ask him what are some achievements he had done in those years he had been the president and how he evaluates them. What good has he done for Ukraine and for the people?”
