Irina Tsukerman is a human rights and national security lawyer, with a BA in International/Intercultural Studies and Middle East Studies from Fordham University and JD from Fordham University School of Law. Her boutique national security law practice provides counsel on issues ranging from FARA to Cyber Law, Counterterrorism, and Emerging Issues in legal practice. She is also the President of a media and security strategic advisory Scarab Rising, Inc., specializing in Information Warfare and Reputational Management, Emerging Threats, private intelligence gathering and analysis, geopolitical analysis, and more.
Her comments and articles have been translated to over a dozen languages and appeared in a wide spectrum of domestic and international media. Irina has appeared on Fox Business, the John Batchelor Show, i24, Newsmax, CNN News 18, Morocco’s Channel 2M/Medi1 TV, WION, NewsX, Abu Dhabi TV, Al Arabiya, Al Sharq TV, Al Ghad TV, and others and has also presented at a variety of international conferences, including with Character Assassination and Reputational Management Lab at George Mason University. Her most recent article discussing the the mechanisms of funding and channels of spending for the Muslim Brotherhood has recently been published by Trends Research and Advisory in an anthology presented at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair.
