In August, LOGOS Corporation made an important decision — to significantly intensify the development business. The key area of the company activity will be the development of multifunctional projects with a focus on recreation, wellness and entertainment. The expansion also applies to key markets — in addition to Dnipro, projects are planned in Kyiv and the Carpathians. Projects abroad, specifically in Dubai, are also considered.
Sergiy Shynkarenko became a new partner and CEO of LDG. He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate market in the companies leading its segments — UDP and New City Developers. The new head will be involved in the development of all areas of the company. Also, he will be responsible for the long-term strategy and implementation of all ambitious plans.
“Modern trends in the real estate market require developers to be creative, digitalized, socially responsible to customers and partners, oriented on the product, not on marketing. Such factors will be the key to the effective work of the company and the achievement of goals,” says Sergiy.
Today the company running projects with a total area of about 200 thousand square meters. The company’s investment program includes projects with a total area of over 150 thousand square meters, in which about 2.6 billion UAH will be invested.
