If speaking a professional language of human resource specialists and psychologists, the Ukrainian event market is dominated by Y and X generation specialists whereas the European market is dominated by those of X and Y generations. Are Ukrainian professionals inferior to their European or American peers in terms of competencies? If we talk about those managers who have a system elaborated and processes up and running, then no, they are not.

 The event business: X, Y and Z generation specialists seized power in their profession

 Surveys by consulting companies showed that the Y and Z generation specialists will prevail at the event market by 2025 whereas the number of the X generation staff will decline almost twice.
