Yuriy Nechayev was promoted to a partner. In his new role, Yuriy will continue focusing on M&A, corporate law, and private equity.
Joining AVELLUM as an associate on its founding year in 2009, Yuriy managed to become the first AVELLUM employee who climbed the entire career ladder to eventually become a partner.
Yuriy regularly advises the leading international and Ukrainian companies on various aspects of their business activities in Ukraine. His experience includes advising clients on a wide range of major cross-border and local corporate transactions, and on various commercial law matters.
Yuriy obtained his Master of International Law degree from the Institute of International Relations of the Kyiv International University in 2007.
