Every year within the confines of Jeweller Expo Ukraine the Best Jewelry of the Year contest is held. 52 works have been put forward during the exhibition. Each of them has its own vivid design and attracts lots of attention. The contest is a motivation to create for the young as well as for well-known professional jewelers.
This event is organized by Kyiv International Contract Fair, LTD. One of the partners of the contest is jewelry center Zlato.ua. You can find a part of the works presented on Jeweler Expo Ukraine and lots of other jewelry pieces from the best Ukrainian manufacturers on their site.
Winners’ jewelry
In the Best Jewelry nomination, SaSHo jewelry brand has won. The jury was impressed by an extraordinary jewelry set named Earth`s Core. The ring and earrings are made in one style, in the form of hands holding black pearls.
A St. Alexander Nevsky pendant by Alexander Oliynyk has been chosen from all presented in the contest works as the Best Symbol of High Spirituality. The bright image is surrounded by a scattering of shining gems. This makes the icon much more magnificent.
Tetyana Lutsenko’s mystic Diffusion pendant has been acknowledged as the Best Serial Jewelry. It’s the laconic and at the same time unusual work, which attracted not only the jury’s attention but all the exhibition attendees’ one too.
A Harley Davidson buckle by Serhiy Pavlovsky has been chosen as the Best Men’s Jewelry. The accessory looks stylish and uncommon.
Unfortunately, there were no winners in the Best Silver Jewelry and the Best Ring nominations. The participants have got memorable diplomas.
And in the Best Interior Jewelry nomination, 3 winners at once were announced. The award has been given to Denys Isakov for a Royal Amusement work. The table jewelry is a picture of a hunter’s life and attracts attention with the expressiveness of the image.
The Boldness interior composition by TALION ZOLOTO was decided to be the next winner. There’s a poker set in it. The third winner of the award is Andriy Ozyumenko and his Golden Bull. Each of the jewelry is worthy to beautify the finest house.
The Grand Prize of Best Jewelry has been awarded to the interior jewelry Mozart’s Dream by Andriy Kovalyk jewelry house. The set is a monkey playing the piano.
The Best Jewelry of the Year contest is the embodiment of the designers’ bright ideas! The unique accessories and interior sets worthy to be called Jewelry Art are created largely due to it.
