The “KTD Group” Company launched the production of meat mincers at its first “Kupava” plant in Kaniv. At its facilities, a full cycle production of washing machines, electric kettles with the English contact group Strix, mixers, fan heaters and other small household appliances under the brand Saturn and other brands is already underway. Also the company is finishing the construction of a new plant of refrigerators and ovens in Cherkasy, in which 23 million dollars will be invested. The launch of the first stage of this plant is scheduled for early April this year.
Head of the Representative Office of “Electrolux” Alexander Kouzin, visited the opening of the plant of electric meat mincers in Kaniv and estimated the high quality and standards of assembly of the products.
Thanks to the established dealer network, the products of the plant are sold both in Ukraine and supplied to the CIS and EU countries, Such as Hungary, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, as well as to the UAE and African countries.
The “KTD Group” has more plans and this summer will begin a full-scale production of refrigerators with the highest energy-saving class А+++ and NO FROST function. Not all European refrigeration plants manufacture their products with this energy saving standard. Thus, Ukrainian consumers will obtain a reasonable price and the opportunity to save on electricity bills. The production of ovens is designed for 200 thousand units per year, refrigerators – 300 thousand per year. In total, the “KTD Group” is planning to produce more than 1 million pieces of household appliances per year in the near future and employ more than one thousand workers.
The “KTD Group” also includes 553 regional retail stores of home appliances of the “E-ELECTRIC.UA” franchise network, several brands of household appliances, lamps and other consumer goods. Also, next year the production of private small aircraft are planned for launch.
One of the priorities of KTD Group are implementing active sales for markets such as Europe, Africa and the countries of the Persian Gulf.
President of the “KTD Group” Company Alexander Gromyko, who is also the head of the Association of Manufacturers and the Coalition “For De-shadowing the Economy” together with Alexander Kouzin noted that European buyers are very benevolent to the “Made in Ukraine” products and expressed their confidence that if the government implements the program on de-shadowing the economy, simplification and reduction of taxes, and protects the Ukrainian manufacturer from smuggling and gray imports, then Ukraine is destined for an avalanche of investments and an industrial boom.
