The Embassy of India in Ukraine hosted a reception on January 25, 2019 at Ramada Encore Kiev hotel to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Republic Day of India. Ambassador of India to Ukraine, H.E. Mr. Partha Satpathy delivered a speech. It was followed by a colorful cultural program of Indian folk, light and classical dancing performed by Ukrainian groups. Exhibition depicting Heritage of India was inaugurated by Ambassador of India to Ukraine, H.E. Mr. Partha Satpathy and H.E. Mr. Oleksii Perevezentsev, State Secretary, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
More than 350 guests from Ministries, members of diplomatic corps, businessmen and Indian nationals joined the celebration. The event was held on a grand scale followed by a traditional Indian dinner.
