The deficit of Ukraine’s national budget in January-July totaled Hr 2.86 billion, including Hr 10.6 billion of the deficit of the general fund, according to the State Treasury Service of Ukraine.
Government borrowing for the first seven months amounted to almost Hr 317.4 billion, and repayment of debt – Hr 248.9 billion.
Privatization brought Hr 351.8 million with the expected indicator for this period of Hr 6.3 billion, according to the statistics of the State Statistics Committee.
According to the agency, the tax revenue was below the plan – Hr 401.68 billion for the period with the expected Hr 437.81 billion.
In general, the national budget for the indicated period received Hr 584.13 billion. The general fund’s revenue amounted to Hr 516.44 billion with a plan of almost Hr 538 billion. Budget expenditures for the period reached Hr 586.49 billion, for the general fund – Hr 528.73 billion with a plan of Hr 577.17 billion, according to the agency.
At the same time, local budgets closed the indicated period with a surplus of Hr 25.59 billion, with a surplus of the general fund amounting to Hr 49.74 billion. The surplus of the consolidated budget in January-July reached Hr 22.73 billion, that of the general fund – Hr 39.1 billion.
