Fitch Ratings has assigned the Ukrainian City of Dnipro Long-Term Foreign- and Local-Currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) of ‘B’ with Stable Outlooks and a Short-Term Foreign-Currency IDR of ‘B’.
