Kateryna Oliinyk has more than 10 years of work experience in the field of intellectual property and took a number of education courses at international institutions to advance her knowledge in IPR. Kateryna advises international and national clients in all business areas on developing integrated strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights, represents clients in courts and before state authorities, and is engaged in law-making activity in the field of intellectual property. Also, Kateryna’s expertise includes personal data protection, cryptography, and TMT. She is a patent attorney of Ukraine, an arbitrator for domain disputes under UDRP and URS procedures, National Arbitration Forum (Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA).

Kateryna has been elected as co-chair of the Intellectual Property Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, is a member of INTA (International Trademark Association), of INTA’s Data Protection Committee, and of the Ukrainian Bar Association. She chaired UBA’s Intellectual Property Committee in 2015-2017, is a member of Intellectual Property Constituency ICANN, a member of the IT Committee of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs, and a member of PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trademark Group).
