On June 25 National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) announces putting 1,000-hryvnia banknote into circulation from October 25.

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has announced putting 1,000-hryvnia banknote into circulation.

NBU Governor Yakiv Smolii said at a briefing on June 25 that the new banknote will be put into circulation beginning October 25, 2019.
