First Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Kateryna Rozhkova has said that it is impossible to return PrivatBank to its former owners.
“The return of the bank to former owners via the annulment of the nationalization is impossible,” Rozhkova said at a briefing in Kyiv on April 18.
She also said that bringing those responsible for making the bank insolvent is among the requirements of the Memorandum of Cooperation between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
