The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has provided three banks with refinancing loans for a total of Hr 3.812 billion, according to the website of the central bank.
Funds are provided for 14 days at 18 percent per annum.
The names of the borrowing banks are not specified.
As reported, from January 11, 2019, the NBU updated the operational design of monetary policy to more flexibly respond to the transition of the banking system from liquidity surplus to liquidity deficit.
