The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) has again included in the sanctions list, enacted by decree No. 82/2019 of the president of Ukraine dated March 19, 2019, PJSC Sberbank, PJSC Prominvestbank, PJSC VTB Bank, and JSC BM-2018.
According to the addendum to the document posted on the website of the president of Ukraine, these sanctions are introduced for a period of two years.
This decision limits the withdrawal of capital from these financial institutions outside Ukraine in favor of persons related to the bank.
