President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on investment attractiveness of the construction of renewable energy facilities.
“President Petro Poroshenko has signed the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Investment Attractiveness of the Construction of Renewable Energy Facilities,” the presidential website said on Oct. 1 evening.
The information says that the law improves certain norms of legislation to stimulate the development of renewable energy, in particular the production of electricity from wind energy.
“The implementation of the document will help remove administrative barriers and increase the level of transparency in the regulation of urban development and the development of alternative energy,” the message said.
