You're reading: Ryanair to launch first flight from Ukraine

Ryanair, Europe’s largest low cost airline, will launch its first flight from Ukraine on Sept. 3. The new route goes between Kyiv (Boryspil) and Berlin (Schönefeld), the press service of the Boryspil international airport told reporters.

“On September 3, 2018 the Boryspil airport will launch the first flight of the Ryanair airline Kyiv-Borispil – Berlin-Schönefeld,” the airport said.

The airline will operate four flights a week on this route.

Additional routes are scheduled to begin in October. Ryanair offers 15 flights in total from Ukraine – 10 from Kyiv to destinations in Poland, Germany, Spain, Lithuania, Slovakia, Great Britain and Sweden, as well as flights from Lviv to Germany, Poland, and the U.K.

Tickets to Berlin from Kyiv in September are available from $72 dollars, or Hr 1,744.
