SPF sells blocking stake in DTEK Donetskoblenergo at starting price

Several important facilities that belong to the Donbas energy system of national energy company Ukrenergo were damaged and cut off from power, and normal power supply to the facilities of DTEK Power Grid LLC and public joint-stock company DTEK Donetskoblenergo was disrupted.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) at an auction on August 16 sold a blocking stake (25 percent of shares) in public joint-stock company DTEK Donetskoblenergo at the starting price of Hr 143.8 million.

An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported that only one bidder took part in the auction. The bidder did not increase the price.

The auction was held on the INNEX stock exchange.
