The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine has ruled that a decision by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) of February 13, 2015, to designate Kyiv-based PJSC Zlatobank as an insolvent bank was unlawful.
The court passed its ruling on Feb. 5, the Deposit Guarantee Fund said on its website.
