The Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade on Feb. 13 decided to suspend anti-dumping measures on imports to Ukraine of certain nitrogen fertilizers (carbamide and carbamide-ammonium mixture) produced in the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has said in a statement.
