The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) of Ukraine has endorsed the resolution on approving the investment program of the state-owned enterprise NPC Ukrenergo for 2019 in the amount of Hr 3.303 billion, which is twice less than suggested by the enterprise.
